~All shipping is done by US Mail, or Canada Post ground unless other wise requested by purchaser at purchaser's expense. . Depending on your location it could take from 3 to 15 working days. This is dependant on the Postal Service. Once your item is shipped you can log into our system to get your tracking number.  For Shipping to other countries you will be contact. The same applies for heavier or bulky items. Delays/Out of Stock Items: We will contact you by email in the unlikely event there is any delay in dispatching your order

Returns
~If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you.
~You must contact us for a Returned Material Authorization number before returning products to us! Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.
~Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 10 days after you receive your item. the merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or damaged during shipment. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
~Our terms are exchange or credit only, with no refunds. Credit may be applied toward any of our products.
~We will not credit any products that are not returned in original condition. We will not refund shipping costs unless we have made a shipping error. If a shipping refund is necessary we will refund EXACTLY the amount that we charged you. We will not refund additional air mail express or overnight shipping costs.

Terms of Sale Gifts Certificates
    * Gift Certificates are redeemable for merdanise at www.CheapBastard.ca on our websites.
   
    * Our Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

    * If the amount of your purchase is greater than the value of your Gift Certificate, your credit card will be charged for the excess amount.
   
    * Gift Certificates are not valid for prior purchases.    
    * All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays.
   

Returns and Exchanges

    * Gift Certificates,  will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds.

Lost or Stolen Certificates

    * We will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or stolen after being received.

    *  CheapBastard Inc. may cancel and replace such order, provided the holder submits to CheapBastard.ca a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate.  Upon receipt of such affidavit and provided a balance remains on the certificate(s) from such order, CheapBastard Inc. will initiate a review process. The certificate may or may not be replaced, depending upon the outcome of such review. CheapBastard Inc will not replace any lost or stolen certificates if the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate was not received within the 60-day period.

Expiration

    * CheapBastard Inc. Gift Certificates generally have an expiration of 13 months from the date of issuance, except where prohibited by law.

 * Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

What happens if the email with the Electronic Gift Certificate is returned as undeliverable?
The gift certificate will be sent from your own email address. This way, if there are problems delivering the email, it will be returned to you as undeliverable. If this occurs, please forward the returned email to info@CheapBastard.ca along with the correct email address and we will resend your gift certificate. We recommend that you alert recipients directly so that they don't block or delete the notification email by mistake.

CheapBastard Inc. is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

How will I know that my Electronic Gift Certificate gift has been sent?
We will send you an email confirming your purchase and notifying you that the Electronic Gift Certificate has been sent.

How long will it take for my email with the Electronic Gift Certificate to be sent?
Certificates are usually sent immediately if email addresses and credit card information is accurate. If there is a problem, we will notify you within 24 hours on weekdays, within 48 to 72 hours on weekends and holidays.

What if the cost of my purchase is less than the amount of my Gift Certificate?
If you do not spend the full value of your certificate, the remaining funds are available for your next purchase.

What if the cost of my purchase is greater than the amount of my Gift Certificate?
You will need to pay for the difference via check or creditcard.
